AI/ML Engineer

AI/ML Engineer (Full Stack – Web & Mobile Exposure) 

Experience Required: 

Minimum 3+ years 

Job Summary: 

We are seeking a dynamic and versatile AI/ML Engineer with strong experience in building and deploying machine learning models, along with hands-on expertise in web development (React.js, Node.js). The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, be capable of gathering and understanding requirements from internal and external stakeholders, and be flexible to contribute across web and mobile projects. 

Key Responsibilities 

  1. AI/ML Development (Core Responsibility)
  • Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models for business use cases. 
  • Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, model training, and evaluation. 
  • Work on ML use cases such as classification, regression, NLP, or recommendation systems. 
  • Optimize models for performance, scalability, and accuracy. 
  • Integrate ML models into applications via APIs or backend services. 
  1. Requirement Gathering & Stakeholder Management
  • Interact with internal teams and external clients to understand business requirements. 
  • Translate business needs into technical solutions and AI use cases. 
  • Provide inputs on feasibility, timelines, and solution design. 
  • Act as a bridge between technical teams and stakeholders. 
  1. Backend Development (Node.js)
  • Develop and maintain scalable REST APIs. 
  • Integrate AI/ML models into backend systems. 
  • Manage databases (MongoDB / MySQL / PostgreSQL). 
  • Ensure application performance, security, and reliability. 
  1. Frontend Development (React.js)
  • Build and maintain responsive web applications using React.js. 
  • Integrate frontend with backend APIs and AI-driven functionalities. 
  • Optimize UI performance and ensure a seamless user experience. 
  1. Mobile App Support (React Native – Flexible Role)
  • Contribute to mobile application development using React Native when required. 
  • Support API integrations and feature enhancements in mobile apps. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for mobile deliverables. 
  1. Cross-Project Contribution & Flexibility
  • Work across multiple projects and adapt to different technologies. 
  • Support teams in AI, web, or mobile-related tasks as needed. 
  • Take ownership of modules and ensure timely delivery. 
  1. Collaboration & Agile Practices
  • Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Stand-ups, Reviews). 
  • Collaborate with developers, QA, product managers, and stakeholders. 
  • Ensure clarity in requirements and smooth execution. 
  1. Quality, Optimization & Innovation
  • Continuously improve model accuracy, system performance, and code quality. 
  • Stay updated with emerging trends in AI/ML and full-stack technologies. 
  • Propose innovative ideas to enhance product capabilities. 

Required Skills & Qualifications: 

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in AI/ML development. 
  • Strong proficiency in Python and ML libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn). 
  • Hands-on experience in Node.js (backend development). 
  • Experience with React.js (frontend development). 
  • Good understanding of REST APIs and system design. 
  • Familiarity with databases (MongoDB / MySQL / PostgreSQL). 
  • Exposure to or willingness to work on React Native (mobile apps). 
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with stakeholders. 
  • Proven ability to gather, analyze, and document requirements. 

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Experience in NLP, Computer Vision, or Generative AI. 
  • Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). 
  • Experience with Docker, CI/CD pipelines. 
  • Knowledge of Git/version control systems.

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts & Administration Executive to manage financial operations, statutory compliance, payroll, client invoicing, and office administration.

This role requires a multi-functional professional who can handle accounting responsibilities along with administrative and operational support in a fast-growing IT company.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Accounting & Tally Operations
  • Maintain Cash & Bank entries in Tally
  • Record Journal Entries for:
    • Client invoices
    • Salary processing
    • PF and statutory transactions
  • Perform bank reconciliations
  • Ensure accurate books of accounts
  1. Client Invoicing & Receivables
  • Generate and send monthly client invoices (US clients included)
  • Ensure accuracy and timely billing
  • Track and follow up on pending payments (if required)
  1. GST Compliance
  • File GST returns on time
  • Perform GST reconciliation
  • Maximize Input Tax Credit (ITC)
  • Handle GST notices and queries
  1. TDS Compliance
  • Deduct and deposit TDS accurately
  • File quarterly TDS returns
  • Issue Form 16 / 16A
  1. PF, ESI & PT Compliance
  • Manage PF, ESI, and PT filings
  • Ensure:
    • Timely payments
    • UAN activation
    • PF claim support
  • Maintain zero discrepancies
  1. Payroll Processing
  • Process monthly payroll
  • Ensure statutory deductions compliance
  • Maintain high accuracy (<2% error rate)
  1. Budgeting & Expense Monitoring
  • Track budget vs actuals
  • Ensure cost control
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities
  • Prepare monthly financial reports
  1. Vendor & Expense Management
  • Manage vendor payments and timelines
  • Track office expenses
  • Ensure smooth vendor coordination
  1. Fixed Assets & Inventory
  • Maintain Fixed Asset Register
  • Track company assets
  • Conduct periodic audits
  1. Employee Asset Management
  • Track assets assigned to employees
  • Ensure proper allocation & return
  • Maintain monthly reconciliation

🏢 Administrative Responsibilities

  1. Office & Facility Management
  • Ensure smooth functioning of:
    • Office infrastructure (electricity, internet, AC, etc.)
  • Coordinate maintenance and repairs
  • Track and manage:
    • Rent
    • Utility bills
    • Facility expenses
  1. Vendor Management
  • Manage vendors for:
    • Internet
    • Stationery
    • Housekeeping
  • Track contracts and payments
  • Ensure cost efficiency
  1. Inventory & Supplies Management
  • Maintain:
    • Office stationery
    • Pantry supplies
  • Ensure no stock shortages

4.Employee Support & Admin Coordination

  • Assist employees with:
    • ID cards, seating, system allocation
    • Basic office needs
  • Coordinate with HR for:
    • Onboarding setup (laptop, desk, access)
    • Exit formalities (asset collection)
  1. Travel & Logistics (if required)
  • Coordinate:
    • Travel bookings
    • Accommodation
  • Manage reimbursement documentation
  1. Documentation & Record Management
  • Maintain:
    • Vendor agreements
    • Office documents
  • Ensure proper filing and organization
  1. Event & Engagement Support
  • Assist in:
    • Office events
    • Team activities
    • CSR initiatives
  1. IT & Security Coordination
  • Coordinate with IT for:
    • System setup
    • Internet issues
    • CCTV checks
  • Ensure adherence to office policies

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s / Master’s in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting
  • 3–5+ years of relevant experience
  • Strong experience with Tally ERP

Required Skills

  • Knowledge of:
    • GST, TDS, PF, ESI, PT
  • Proficiency in:
    • Tally
    • MS Excel
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to handle multiple responsibilities
