• Oversee talent acquisition processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and selection of qualified candidates.
• Develop and implement performance management programs, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and development plans.
• Manage employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures.
• Ensure compliance with applicable employment laws and regulations.
• Develop and administer compensation and benefits programs.
• Conduct training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
• Collaborate with management to identify and address HR-related challenges and opportunities.
