Accounts & Administrative Executive
Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts & Administration Executive to manage financial operations, statutory compliance, payroll, client invoicing, and office administration.
This role requires a multi-functional professional who can handle accounting responsibilities along with administrative and operational support in a fast-growing IT company.
Key Responsibilities
- Accounting & Tally Operations
- Maintain Cash & Bank entries in Tally
- Record Journal Entries for:
- Client invoices
- Salary processing
- PF and statutory transactions
- Perform bank reconciliations
- Ensure accurate books of accounts
- Client Invoicing & Receivables
- Generate and send monthly client invoices (US clients included)
- Ensure accuracy and timely billing
- Track and follow up on pending payments (if required)
- GST Compliance
- File GST returns on time
- Perform GST reconciliation
- Maximize Input Tax Credit (ITC)
- Handle GST notices and queries
- TDS Compliance
- Deduct and deposit TDS accurately
- File quarterly TDS returns
- Issue Form 16 / 16A
- PF, ESI & PT Compliance
- Manage PF, ESI, and PT filings
- Ensure:
- Timely payments
- UAN activation
- PF claim support
- Maintain zero discrepancies
- Payroll Processing
- Process monthly payroll
- Ensure statutory deductions compliance
- Maintain high accuracy (<2% error rate)
- Budgeting & Expense Monitoring
- Track budget vs actuals
- Ensure cost control
- Identify cost-saving opportunities
- Prepare monthly financial reports
- Vendor & Expense Management
- Manage vendor payments and timelines
- Track office expenses
- Ensure smooth vendor coordination
- Fixed Assets & Inventory
- Maintain Fixed Asset Register
- Track company assets
- Conduct periodic audits
- Employee Asset Management
- Track assets assigned to employees
- Ensure proper allocation & return
- Maintain monthly reconciliation

4.Employee Support & Admin Coordination
- Assist employees with:
- ID cards, seating, system allocation
- Basic office needs
- Coordinate with HR for:
- Onboarding setup (laptop, desk, access)
- Exit formalities (asset collection)
- Travel & Logistics (if required)
- Coordinate:
- Travel bookings
- Accommodation
- Manage reimbursement documentation
- Documentation & Record Management
- Maintain:
- Vendor agreements
- Office documents
- Ensure proper filing and organization
- Event & Engagement Support
- Assist in:
- Office events
- Team activities
- CSR initiatives
- IT & Security Coordination

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s / Master’s in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting
- 3–5+ years of relevant experience
- Strong experience with Tally ERP
Required Skills

- Proficiency in:
- Tally
- MS Excel

Business Analyst – Salesforce
Roles & Responsibilities
Requirements Gathering & Analysis
- Elicit, document, and manage business requirements from stakeholders across sales, service, marketing, and operations teams.
- Conduct workshops, interviews, and JAD sessions to understand current-state processes and define future-state solutions.
- Translate business needs into detailed Salesforce functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Identify and document business process gaps, recommending Salesforce-driven solutions.
Salesforce Solution Design & Configuration
- Work closely with Salesforce architects and developers to design scalable CRM solutions aligned to business objectives.
- Configure and demonstrate Salesforce features including Flows, Approval Processes, Reports, Dashboards, and custom objects.
- Evaluate AppExchange solutions and third-party integrations as required by business needs.
- Support data migration planning, mapping, and validation activities.
Project Delivery & Coordination
- Manage and prioritize the product backlog in collaboration with the Project Manager and Scrum Master.
- Facilitate sprint planning, grooming, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups in an Agile/Scrum environment.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure on-time and in-scope delivery of Salesforce features.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation including BRDs, FRDs, process flow diagrams, and traceability matrices.
Stakeholder Communication & Change Management
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders, IT teams, and Salesforce delivery partners.
- Present solution proposals, project updates, and demos to senior leadership and business owners.
- Drive user adoption initiatives and support change management efforts during go-live phases.
- Develop training materials and conduct end-user training sessions on Salesforce features.
Testing & Quality Assurance
- Define and execute test cases for UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and regression testing.
- Track and manage defects through to resolution using tools such as JIRA or Azure DevOps.
- Validate that configured solutions meet business requirements and acceptance criteria prior to deployment.
Post-Go-Live Support
- Monitor system performance and user feedback post-launch to identify improvement opportunities.
- Manage Salesforce enhancement requests and maintain a prioritized roadmap backlog.
- Support system health checks, release management, and sandbox refresh activities.
Required Skillset
Salesforce Platform Knowledge
- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM – Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Experience Cloud.
- Familiarity with Salesforce configuration: Flows, Validation Rules, Page Layouts, Profiles, Permission Sets.
- Understanding of Salesforce data model, relationships (Lookup, Master-Detail), and SOQL basics.
- Knowledge of Salesforce integration patterns (REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft, middleware platforms).
- Exposure to Salesforce CPQ, Marketing Cloud, or Field Service Lightning is a plus.
Business Analysis Skills
- Proficiency in writing User Stories, Use Cases, BRDs (Business Requirements Documents), and Process Flow Diagrams.
- Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
- Ability to perform gap analysis, impact analysis, and root-cause analysis.
- Experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Lucidchart, Visio, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Technical & Analytical Skills
- Ability to work with data – proficiency in Excel for data mapping, pivot tables, and reconciliation.
- Basic understanding of SQL or SOQL for querying data from Salesforce or connected systems.
- Familiarity with data migration tools like Data Loader, Informatica, or MuleSoft.
- Knowledge of DevOps practices such as Salesforce DX, Git, and CI/CD pipelines is a plus.
Soft Skills & Interpersonal Abilities
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong facilitation, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Self-driven with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced project environment.
